1. Booking & Payment
All classes must be booked and paid for in advance. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
2. Final Bookings / No Refunds
All bookings are final.
Once booked, sessions cannot be moved, transferred, or refunded for any reason, including illness, holidays, or inability to attend.
3. Attendance Information
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all attendees, we require up-to-date and accurate information for every participant at the time of booking, including:
Parent/carer name
Baby’s name and date of birth (where applicable)
Emergency contact details
Relevant medical, health, or pregnancy-related information
It is the responsibility of the attendee to inform us of any changes to this information prior to attending the class.
4. Health & Wellbeing
By booking, you confirm that you and your baby are fit to attend the class. If you have any medical concerns, you should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
6. Class Changes or Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible. Where applicable, an alternative date or credit may be offered at our discretion.
7. Liability
All attendees participate at their own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage unless caused by our proven negligence.
