Pregnancy yoga with Imogen offers a calm, supportive space for expectant parents to move, breathe, and connect during pregnancy. Suitable from 12 weeks, and all levels of experience, these gentle classes are designed to support both physical comfort and emotional wellbeing.
Each session includes pregnancy-safe yoga postures to improve strength, mobility, and flexibility, alongside breathing techniques and guided relaxation to help ease common pregnancy discomforts and promote a sense of calm. Classes also provide an opportunity to slow down, tune into your body, and connect with your baby, while meeting other parents-to-be in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Classes are one hour long with 40 minutes of movement & 20 minutes of guided meditation.
No previous yoga experience is needed. Movements are adaptable, and encouragement is given to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
