About Baby & Postnatal Yoga with Imogen

Baby & Postnatal Yoga with Imogen is a gentle, supportive class designed for parents and their babies from around 6 weeks to pre-crawling. These sessions focus on helping you reconnect with your body after birth, while enjoying calm, mindful movement alongside your baby.

Classes include postnatal-safe yoga to gently rebuild strength, improve mobility, and support posture—particularly around the core, pelvic floor, back, and shoulders. Babies are welcomed into the practice through simple stretches, songs, sensory play, and moments of connection, creating a relaxed and nurturing environment for both parent and baby.

This class is about more than exercise—it’s a space to slow down, bond with your baby, and connect with other parents in a friendly, non-judgemental setting. There is always time to feed, change, or settle your baby as needed.

No previous yoga experience is required, and all movements can be adapted to suit your postnatal recovery and energy levels.

45 minute class with 30 minutes post class with a hot drink (included in class price)
